About Jeremiah
I truly believe home ownership results in a better quality of life for most people. It certainly has for me and my family, and letters like these from my clients keeps me motivated to help others achieve their home ownership dreams:
From an early age, I learned the art of customer service from the best – my family, who have been small business owners for several generations, and my grandmother, a veteran real estate agent. I was introduced to the world of housing at an early age. I spent my summers as a kid working in my grandparents’ heating and air conditioning business, and in my dad’s construction company. As it came time to go to college, I paid for my education by working for a local flooring company installing hardwood floors and fabricating countertops.
In college, I earned a BA degree with an emphasis on Marketing and Finance and he formerly held a Series 6 and 63 securities license. After college, I decided to go into the financial industry and started a career as a banker. I enjoyed helping people with their finances and investments, but it always seemed too far from the family business for me. Growing up in the construction business put my heart in a different place, and it’s been there since. (I’ve always loved being around houses. As a kid, my dream was to be an architect. I used most of my free time to draw floor plans on a drafting table my parents bought me for Christmas.)
In 2006, I quit my Financial Specialist position at the bank and set my sights on a real estate license. I haven’t looked back since, and couldn’t be happier.
Since joining First Team Real Estate in 2008, I’ve taken my life experiences and focused my energy on putting them to use in taking care of clients in the Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach and Newport Beach coastal area. My real estate business has consistently grown and my “real estate family” keeps getting bigger with every successful home sale.
In fact, according to the most recent Trend Graphix report, I am among the top 2% of all agents in Orange County for production from 2008 to 2017, and I’m proud to have achieved multiple First Team Hall of Fame Awards for sales production. However, my primary focus is not on sales figures. At the end of the day, it’s my client’s happiness that matters, to them and to me.
I choose to be guided by the principle of “always doing right by others,” and integrity and trust are central to my business philosophy. I combine this with an old-fashioned work ethic picked up in the building trades, and a hunger to keep up with the latest innovative strategies in my industry, to deliver my clients the best value and the best experience possible.
My wife and I are active members of Lighthouse Community Church in Costa Mesa.
